The Effect of General Inhalation Anesthesia(Halothane) on the Eosinophilic Leucocyte in the Peripheral Blood

Abstract
|
|
|
To study the effect of halothane anesthesia on eosinophylic leucocytes was performed on 1st, 3rd and 7th day after general inhalation anesthesia.
1. W.B.C. count showed increase(45%) at the 1st postoperative day and return to the preoperative value on the 7th day after general inhalation anesthesia.
2. Decrease of eosinophylic leucocyte was about 74% on the ist postoperative day and it approach the preoperative level at the 7th day after general inhalation anesthesia(halothane)
